Autumn in Santa Fe is my favorite time of year. In early October the aspens leaves change to golden yellow and as the fog moves in it gives the forest a moody aesthetic. I had the opportunity to photograph the beautiful Lyndsey on one of these magical days on the mountain.
This summer my photography has been showing in the New Mexico regional installation of The FENCE, a touring outdoor photography exhibit. This exhibit is now in it’s final month and can be visited in Santa Fe along the Rail Trail bike path in the Railyard.
Each month something special happens in the sky giving us an opportunity to know ourselves better. At the new moon, happening Thursday February 15th, the sun and moon come closest to each other with the sun shining it's brightness on the moon.
